You know me. I'm the biggest Greensalt fan in the world. It's changed my life for the better. I love salt. I consume far too much. However with Greensalt, I can indulge with less guilt. Not to mention, it's the flavor. Sure it's salty, but the umami oceanic essence is what keeps me coming back. We love the unique, umami salty flavor of Green Salt and it's great to cut back on sodium chloride. Green Salt does have a plant flavor (my husband says it tastes like salty matcha) but it combines nicely with the salt flavor and isn't apparent on other foods. I try not to use salt because of blood pressure issues. The green salt is lower in sodium and I can use this to enhance the flavor of vegetables that I enjoy every day with a lesser sodium impact. It certainly brings out the flavors of green vegetables that I love..broccoli, green beans, and spinach. Don't want to slight other veggies like mashed potatoes with gravy and cauliflower.
