I apologize, my camera is currently glitching. Yeah, it's a great purchase, it has been worth it; gives eggs a nice flavor, as well as all of my meats and also veggies. I use it to fry as well, putting it in the wheat batter, so you know that's an extra healthy combo. I love that the texture is very light also, it's kinda like the splenda of salt. So thank you very much for this wonderful product, and thank you for following up as well. I appreciate the ethics. Bye now.

It's a very tasty blend, with a little kick to it. I just wish it had a higher ratio of Greensalt in it. All in all it's a great all purpose seasoning.

Although there is some salt available that is safe to consume, too much can cause health issues. I avoided all salt for almost 5 years. I absolutely love this product (plant) that grows next to the ocean. It’s half the sodium but replaces the salty flavor we all enjoy. It’ll be my salt replacement from now on. Thank you for creating this wonderful salt alternative!

I have several medical conditions which require that I limit my salt intake, so I tried Green salt. What I found was that it was a fantastic addition to my spice pantry. It not only adds a saltines, but also a umami savoriness to whatever I’m cooking. Whenever I fry something instead of adding regular salt, I use a good portion of Green salt and it really enhances the flavor of whatever I’ve cooked.

I love it, I do a lot of cooking and enjoy being able to flavor my food without adding too much sodium but still have robust flavor. I’ve used green salt in my cooking two weeks straight now and will continue to do so! Green salt also helps get a really good sear on meats! You know me. I'm the biggest Greensalt fan in the world. It's changed my life for the better. I love salt. I consume far too much. However with Greensalt, I can indulge with less guilt. Not to mention, it's the flavor. Sure it's salty, but the umami oceanic essence is what keeps me coming back. I was nervous, because it did not arrive cold, but it was absolutely delicious! I boiled it for a minute, then placed it into a bowl w ice water. I dried it off, then sautéed it with some butter and garlic. Delicious, but a bit salty. I used my leftovers in an omelette as well as with some white beans. I wish I could find it locally.

I’m heavy salter and looking for an alternative to my “salt until you can see it” attitude. This is it! I love eating colors and I love the color! At first sniff it reminded me of some of my favorite tea flavors. I tried it on a plain potato so I could really taste and see how much I was using. It has earned a space beside my favorite spices of smoked paprika, chipotle chili powder, cumin and black pepper that I leave on the table.
