It's good no doubt "But" just like everything else that is halfway good for you it cost way too much. This keeps a lot of people stuck with eating low grade products with 0 nutritional value and not healthy.

Made me sneeze when the dust flew out of the package. It tastes a little like salt, I sprinkled it on my salad and I did not miss salt. It is hard to explain the taste. If you are trying to eliminate salt I guess this would be a good substitute. You cannot use this salt for cooking. I wanted to try something different, this salt substitute was it. No after taste. I will continue to use this salt even though I do not have a salt restrictive diet.

I cannot detect much of a taste and I did not add it while food cooked. I used it on salads and already prepared eggs. I have no taste buds that deliver any of whatever the green is. I could have just used 50% less salt and saved a bundle with the same effect. Don’t waste your money.

Well it isn’t very salt like. I’m not sure yet whether I like it or not. The flavor doesn’t work in soup, nor on home made potato chips. I’m sure I will find some use for it but it just doesn’t replace salt, sadly…….and how to use it is complicated also as it doesn’t work in a salt shaker.
