It has its own taste like everything does however I have used it on all the same things I used salt on and it tastes good. I keep trying it on different things. I cannot wait to go to my doctor for my annual visit and ask about my blood pressure. Especially good on popcorn. Now I don't have to be so careful about salt intake. I love it.

It is delicious! Green Salt now has a home in our salt shaker for the table. It is a conversation piece as well as a healthy change. We needed a few tries to get the right amount to our tastes, but that was easy. It works on popcorn too… and adds a touch of color.

This green salt has been a lifesaver. My husband is on a renal diet and have to keep sodium to a bare minimum so food taste bland despite the spices I use. With this green salt I can at least add a little salt and we keep a salt shaker with it. It certainly makes a big different. Thank you for making this wonderful product.

Started using Greensalt after I discovered serious kidney issues and in the brink of dialysis. In searching for a diet with very restricted salt and potssium intake, I discovered Greensalt. Wasn't sure at first that it was working for the salty taste I like. After several weeks and learning the proper use, I find it meets all my salt needs. Would reccomend buying the disposable shakers. Makes it much easier.

I like the fact that I can get the salty taste with 50% less sodium than table salt. It also provides some extra vitamins, minerals in a food source form. Never have been fond of the “table salt substitute” taste. Green Salt adds a Unami flavor besides the salty effect. Not a problem for me. My wife and son who feel cilantro tastes like soap felt the green salt tasted like seaweed and weren’t a fan. I’m ok with that because it means the green salt lasts longer for me. I've been adding more salt to my food lately, and I wanted to cut back on it. I saw an ad for Green Salt and decided to try it as an alternative. Love the taste. I cook with it, sprinkle in eggs and it's delicious. I was desperate to find a less sodium replacement due to my husbands health and I found it. I also appreciate the weekly emails with lots of different information. I will buy this product again and again.

Love it, it have a great umami taste. My only issue is that the green salt is a fine powder. My preference would be that it was more coarse but none the less I would purchase again.

I love the salt. I love this plant and used to pick it [pickleweed] In the Camargue France to put in salads, I think this is the best brilliant idea to make this. I was a little skeptical but wanted to try this. I absolutely love it, the taste is great and uses just like regular salt. I highly recommend this to anyone, whether they are on a sodium restricted diet or not. 5 stars!

Love this! And I love salt, but thought I’d give it a try because of the I’ll effects salt was having on my health. Green Salt taste wonderful, still adds the salty flavor to foods and doesn’t had the negative health effects. Enjoy it in my cooking and as a add on direct for foods.

Absolutely love it. I don’t normally put salt in much of anything I’m cooking unless it’s boiling water for pasta. I have been using the green salt as a finishing salt and I absolutely love it. I put it on chunks of watermelon last night for a treat. It is something I will be re-ordering when I am close to running out.

I absolutely love this salt! I have to be careful about salt consumption so needed something with flavor that has less sodium. This salt has a wonderful flavor. It has a different texture than salt so takes a little work to figure out the best serving container, but totally worth the effort.

I love it. I don't cook with it, but use it as table salt, and I find that it works with everything I eat! And I can rest assured that I'm getting less sodium and more fiber! I really love it.

I’ve used this product half a dozen times now and am pleased with how easily I can use it as a salt substitute. I have used it on a little bit of everything and find the taste to be mild enough to compliment most foods, though it will turn lighter sauces green. Love love to cook with this new green salt. I put it in a shaker container that I normally use for Parmesan cheese and another in a pinch salt container….I’ve baked with it… used it for every thing. My family did not notice a difference at all. Will gift this to my boys who love to cook.

I like that it leaves a little crust when i do my boneless thighs in the cast iron skillet. I also get raw sunflower seeds and toast them. Then i add green salt and white pepper. Great little snack

I tested it when it first arrived to see what it tastes like. I found it a slightly salty pleasant flavor, not all salt. I will order again when my supply runs low.

I bought a sample, then I bought a bag. A good solution to a need to lessen the oint if salt we eat. I like that the salty taste is milder than salt, and like the added subtle plant flavor.

I am enjoying the green salt product as a substitute for sodium and it's harmful effects in my body . I find that mixing it in my food helps take away the "sea" taste.

This is a *very* good alternative to straight salt - and although the slightly vegetal characteristic doesn’t fit with every use, it works well in *most* applications.

Very salty, only use it sparingly. Has a vague seaweed flavor that is unnoticeable once incorporated. It’s a virtuous salt.

I bought this for my husband who had a stroke a couple of years ago and could not use salt, we tried all the products in the shops, but nothing tasted right, my sister in law, put us on to green salt, so far he likes it, he has some taste to his food now, still getting used to exactly how much to use, but so far so good.
