I was skeptical so I tried the sample size. Great way to test the water. Love the flavor. I use in addition to regular salt when cooking, or alone with nutritional yeast on freshly cooked veggies. Here's my shaker buddy for my own dining pleasure.

Today I am making individual egg frittatas using Green Salt. This is the vegetable blend that I’m using to add to the eggs. Green Salt adds the best flavor seasoning so it’s all I need for this recipe. Last night I made a chateaubriand using a little olive oil and Green Salt as the rub and it worked fantastically! I’m hooked, I love the flavor profile.

My hubby and I needed to cut back on salt. He has Stage 3 kidney disease and was trending in the wrong direction. We got referred to a kidney specialist and we took her advice to decrease sodium and generally eat healthier. Part of that was Green Salt. I saw the ad and ordered some and wow are we happy with it. I love Green Salt, it works just like salt! However I have congestive heart failure and I’m on a low sodium diet. As much as I adore Green Salt, I’m not certain it’s that good for me to use as a salt substitute.

Husband just diagnosed with high blood pressure. He is very fit and we eat pretty healthy. Wanted to replace the salt in our food lifestyle a d this seems to be working great. Only 2 weeks in using it but I am using it to season our food and we don’t notice any difference in taste. Happy customer.

As a marine biologist, now retired, I spent many great teaching moments on beaches among the “pickle plant”, the southeastern label for salicornia. I asked students to draw it and taste it and always brought some home to add to my salads. Love how the scent always takes me back to the ocean.

Love using this salt, my husband has high blood pressure and limits his use of salt in our food. But we love the salty taste in food so when i came upon this salt i was happy. It taste salty, and i put it on almost everything! With half the sodium we both can enjoy our salty foods.

Love Green Salt. I am on a low sodium diet and Green Salt has made adhering to my sodium allowance so much easier! In addition, it doesn’t have any metallic aftertaste like so many other salt substitutes. I’ll forever be a customer!

I think this is a great alternative for salt. It’s salty enough on all cooked food except for steamed vegetables I find that steamed vegetables need more flavor than just this salt so I add a little extra regular salt but other than that I’ve been able to cook with it and use it on everything and it’s plenty salty enough and besides it’s so much healthier

Tried this to help with keeping my blood pressure at good levels. As with most of the salt substitutes, I was a bit doubtful, but I shouldn’t have been. It tastes just like regular salt and has the added bonus of the savory factor.

I had to change my diet for the better and to include lest table salt. This stuff is fantastic. I feel like I get the salt I want and it has a wonderful flavor. I've used it as a substitute on almost everything I eat with great results. It also ads wonderful flavor to all the proteins as well as soups and salad dressing. It also goes a long way.

My first time to order this product. I was surprised at how "salty" it tasted. You really don't have to use much of it at a time. There is a little bit of "another" taste, but it's not unpleasant or overwhelming. I will definitely order again.

I was skeptical about trying the Green Salt however I am extremely glad I did! I have used it on steaks, pork chops, chicken, & veggies. I even tried it as a topping on focaccia bread! It baked well, tastes earthy, and super salty! It did take some time to get accustomed to the earthiness of the Green Salt. Although I have not fully transitioned to your Sea Salt, when I have used it, I've been very pleased with the results. At this point (still a new experience) I am still trying to determine appropriate amounts. If a recipe requires a specific measure of salt, for instance, I haven't yet figured out the Green Salt equivalent (a table of suggestions for that, if one exists, would be welcome). I first found fresh samphire in Ireland, loved it in my cooking, and was interested in its health benefits. I thought of trying to dry it and bring some home (hard to dry anything in Ireland), then found out someone already has! I’m enjoying Greensalt very much. I like that I’m getting added minerals from the sea. It’s a lovely add to my breakfasts. I find that I still add just a touch of sea salt too and it’s perfect.

I've had to slash my salt consumption due to some recent health issues. This is the best substitute for salt I've found so far. Taste is robust and mimics salt well. I estimate that it has reduced my salt intake by at least 80%, which is significant for me... highly recommend!

First time order and so far it is great. Being on a reduced sodium diet its nice to splurge a little for taste and not impact the intake limit. I will be experimenting cooking with it soon. For now, Sprinkling on foods is satisfying.
