The syrup is very nice, however, the packaging needs some work. In my last shipment, one bottle was broken, the bottom sheared off and one other bottle had a broken cap and was leaking when delivered.

I really like the flavor of this syrup, but I have found that a little goes a long way! I use about half the amount recommended on the bottle for my old fashioneds and add a cherry or orange slice. Then it is perfect!

Proof is a good product especially for bourbon drinkers that eliminates the trouble of making Old Fashioneds except for most festive occasions. It is a smooth with solid pleasing flavor. It is quite easy to pick out the various tastes comprising Proof. I have also found it is quite strong thus a bottle will last a good time. It said makes 32 drinks , figuring at least 32 oz ,( I didn't read the fine print.) Who makes a drink with ratio of 2 oz to 1/2 oz. Tastes great , but I might get 10 nice sized old fashions. I was a little disappointed in a 16 oz bottle for the price. I will just by a bottle of bitters and make my own simple syrup , and save a ton. thanks

A good product ruined by piss poor customer service. Congratulations on selling better than expected but shame on you for not investing longer term in customer service. Based on my experience I won’t be recommending or be a returning customer.

Really enjoy the flavor of this syrup. However, I think that it is a little too expensive for me. I am going to experiment with some less expensive options to see how they compare. I really enjoy your product and have recommended it to my friends several times but your product is expensive especially after having to pay shipping on top.
