Discovered Proof a couple years ago and we love it! The Original mix makes the perfect Old Fashioned- not too sweet or sour. And you only need to add a little to make the perfect drink, so it lasts a while. We’re Proof customers through and through!

Proof syrup gets rave reviews every time I make someone an old fashioned. Add a clear ice cube, maybe smoke it occasionally. It is as good or better than any old fashioned at a high end bar.

I was hesitant at first to order a syrup in place of making an Old Fashioned the traditional way, but I am really glad I made the switch to using proof syrup. It's so easy to make my drinks, just a little bit of Proof Syrup and then add in my bourbon of choice. I have had many of the proof syrup flavors, but you can't go wrong sticking with Traditional. Garnish with a cocktail cherry and you feel like you're having a drink out at a bar. Definitely recommend!

Proof Syrup makes great cocktails easy. I like to use Michter’s straight rye in a two to one oz. ratio with Proof Sazarac Syrup. I was out of lemons for garnish, butd egg izzled two drops of straight lemon juice down the side of the glass and threw in a couple ice cubes to an already chilled glass

Really enjoy my Old Fashions with Proof Syrups. From Traditional, orange and pecan, the latter being my favorite so far. Haven’t been able to order the 4 oz walnut yet. Always says it’s not available at this time. My only complaint is the shipping cost. Seems a little high.

Two things: 1. Great product. Tastes great, easy to make. And it’s worth the price, even though it’s expensive. 2. Terrible On the Time it took to Get it. It took more than a month to get it from the time I placed the order. I will likely not order again because of how long it took.

I love Buffalo trace, but it’s not available everywhere. My bourbon of choice is wild turkey 101. I know everyone shaking their heads. It’s easy to get, but it is really good bourbon. Back in the day when my parents were growing up everybody did it as a shot, and it ruined it, now that I’m older it is a very very good bourbon

I discovered Proof Syrup during the Pandemic in 2020. I have ordered quite a few bottles during the last two years. Wow, I didn't even realize it until I looked through my account. I have given bottles as presents, and I think a huge reason I have purchased so many bottles is that my friends/family come over for get-togethers, and they only want to drink Old Fashioneds. The product is excellent, and the traditional syrup with Bulleit Bourbon is my favorite!

It makes your drinks taste like the very best pro made it...and while it will take them 10 minutes to put together something that tastes as good, you are already relaxing and sipping yours. My favorite cocktail is a whiskey sour… But it’s my least favorite to make because it’s the most labor-intensive. I wasn’t sure how Proof was going to do, but I was willing to give it a try… And I’m glad I did! It has the sweet and the sour… And that “little something extra” that we have come to expect from our Proof Syrups.. Thanks for making it easy :-)

I have always been very traditional when making my Old Fashions. I saw Proof Syrup and thought I'd give a try. This is my go to if I want a quick drink, during the week or if I'm just too lazy on the weekends to make a proper craft cocktail. My wife and my favorite is the Orange OldcFashion syrup. 2oz. Bourbon and 1/2 oz. syrup and you have an amazing drink.

Being a huge fan of the Traditional Proof Syrup, I thought I'd venture out and order the Mojito Proof Syrup. I wasn't sure what to expect. However, I was pleasantly surprised and found the Mojito syrup to be spot on in taste and consistency of a Mojito. I highly recommend!

I've got all the ingredients to make a Sazerac from scratch, and have done so, but using Proof's Sazerac cocktail syrup is easier and the cocktail tastes better, too! The flavor is great, and you even get that little hint of anise as if you'd rinsed the glass with absinthe. It's a little more expensive than their other syrups, but is definitely one of my favorites.

The trial set was great. The flavors are all individually distinct, but all wonderful. They are all distinctly an old fashioned, but with interesting and deep flavors. I am so glad I got the trial set, as I assumed I would prefer the traditional. Yet, after trying them, the traditional was third on my list behind Orange and Black Walnut. Honestly, if you or someone you know likes an old fashioned every now and then, this set is perfect. Also would make a great gift for most anyone.

Since ordering my first bottle of Proof Old Fashioned Cocktail Syrup, I could not imagine making an Old Fashioned in our treehouse in the White Mountains of Arizona without Proof! As for Proof Manhattan Cocktail Syrup more research needs to be done, so looking forward to when it is again available.
