Ordered proof syrup for a 70s inspired anniversary dinner for my parents. Absolutely perfect. My parents loved it so much they took home two of the three bottles that I ordered. My grandma always ordered old fashions on the sweet side so i added a little simple syrup in her honor, but it isn’t really necessary. Proof syrup makes absolutely the best old fashions!

A friend of ours introduced us to Proof Syrup, Traditional, and we loved it. I later got email announcing the orange and the fact that it goes well with Champagne (as well as being suited well for Old Fashion too). I don’t normally use pre-made syrups; however, I make an exception when it comes to Proof syrups. You won’t find a better Old Fashioned anywhere. Beats 99% of restaurant Old Fashioneds I’ve ordered. You won’t go wrong using their products.

The Traditional Old-Fashioned Syrup by Proof has become a must have item in our Mountain Treehouse. When we have friends over from our golf community here in the White Mountains of Arizona, the Proof Old-Fashioned is one several friends immediately ask for. Men or women, they love the taste. We like experiencing the Proof Syrup with various bourbons and whiskies. Each one we try, is a new taste. Tonight’s Old-Fashioned with Proof is Heaven’s Door straight bourbon whisky. Wonderful!

We love the genuine flavor, unlike the totally artificial product in the supermarket. We like to use it to flavor drinks and pour over ice cream. Your bottle doesn’t pour very well for that so we are now decanting into a used, not ideal salad dressing bottle. Any other suggestions?

I enjoy my Old Fashion drinks, but usually do not want to do be the bar master thing and find and add the necessary ingredients. With the Proof Syrups, in particular the Ginger, it is so simple, fool proof and outstanding.

Great mix that creates a very good old fashioned every time. Using Woodford Reserve for the bourbon but several of my friends use just about any “good” bourbon with great results.

I've tried to makes delicious old fashioneds on my own but have always been disappointed. Not only does your syrup make the process much easier, it's delicious. I use slightly less than 1/2 oz with2 oz of my bourbon and I love it.

Without question, you can make the best Old Fashioned with Traditional Proof Syrup! If you want a top shelf Old Fashioned at home you need to order some today!!!! I’m a skeptic most times with these type of products but you will not be disappointed! What are you waiting for......get yourself a bottle, or two or three!!! It really is great!

On my second bottle of smoked maple bacon. Awesome! Paired with a cherry bourbon is my go to drink, but it deliciously compliments ANY whiskey/bourbon/scotch. The proof is in the PROOF!

I got the Maple Bacon and it was perfect! The cocktail had a well balanced smoky flavor. I was wondering if there are any plans to make a smaller size and do them in a variety gift pack? It would make a wonderful gift paired with a favorite whiskey.

I recently ordered all there products: Traditional, Pecan and Maple Bacon. Each was distinctive and delightful. I also found that reducing the recommended 1/2 oz to 1/4 oz better suited my taste. I highly recommend them to provide a variety of excellent flavors for your Old Fashioned drinks. I am a blender of bourbons by hobby, noncommercial, and enjoy experimenting with many fine bourbons to choose from. Now I can mix and match with these fine products from Proof. Really a spot on product. I enjoy a good old fashioned at watering holes around DC and I like watching the bartenders make the simple syrup mix. There’s obviously an art to it. I know I could do it if I tried but after a ten hour day I’m tired of trying at anything. So I pop a little proof into some bourbon and it takes me right back to the bar - the smell, the taste, a little sweet s little bitter. Perfect. A great way to ease into the evening. So thanks!

Amazing old fashioned mix! Best I’ve had and I’ve tried a lot. Wife was a fine dining bartender before going to school so she can make a mean old fashioned but it’s too time consuming sometimes. These are perfect with a little orange twist.

I happened across this product from a Facebook ad, and I'm glad i did! Although I am writing about the Traditional flavor, I actually bought and enjoyed all three. I expected to like the maple bacon best, but I really think the pecan is my favorite. In addition to a great tasting drink, an added bonus is they are SO easy to make! Bourbon, Proof, DONE!

We love the convenience and amazing taste of the Proof Original, and when we cracked open the Maple Bacon I decided to try the Ham on Rye and it’s delicious smokey, citrus flavor is great. Will try it with straight bourbon next, but will definitely cone back to Ham on Rye for something unique.

I love this product. It’s the best I have ever had and is better than most old fashioned drinks from nice bars. However - as can be seen from the picture, this delivery was faulty and the bottle was not full. I have emailed the company but have no response or resolution. That’s a real shame.
