I guess I make a drink that is a cross between a Manhattan and an Old Fashioned. The recipe included for the OF isn't quite right as it calls for no muddled fruit. I find that if I put about 1/2oz of Proof with whiskey it makes a great Manhattan, garnished with cherries. It's too sweet with the recommended amount.

I tried it with bourbon and made one of the suggested drinks, Rose Kennedy! Very good, but I’d have to double the ingredients for the bourbon! Does that make me a lush? Very good!

I bought this for my husband and paired it with Buffalo Trace Bourbon and my husband was in love. He loves the old fashion drink and has tried one just about everywhere we go that serves them, his last one was a 25$ glass and he told me the mix I bought him was so much better. Needless to say this is by far his favorite drink now.

The discount didn’t work when I checked out so I really wanted to dislike this product. I tried it when it arrived....and LOVE it. So much better than many drinks I have paid a lot for. And it’s so easy for me to make my own drink. This will be a staple in our liquor cabinet.

I've been making my own Old Fashioned cocktails for years, well before the hipster renaissance. Sometimes I hit a delicious home run, sometimes its a bitter swing and a miss. Technique is everything when it comes to making the perfect Old Fashioned and admittedly, I'm inconsistent. So far, every PROOF Old Fashioned has been on point. Convenient and superb taste. Giving some bottles out for Christmas. Great product!

My husband loves proof syrup! Traditional is his favorite. We have ordered it now 3 times! Only complaint is shipping is a bit steep, ($12.95) so you’re not really getting a discount when you purchase 3 bottles - wish they offered free shipping if you spend a certain amount like most online retailers.

Great cocktail mix! Toss in a slice of orange and a cherry and it's on point. Most of all, I like that I can consistently make the same drink each time allowing the bourbon to come through and take as much of the stage as I choose.

I love the syrup but the delivery time of a month without any pre notice of when to expect is not good. There is no phone number to call and check on your status and I emailed the customer support 3 different times with the email that was given on the website and no response an any of the 3 sent! Because of the time between order and when I received with no commuication I thought this could be a scam. Dont know that I would order again because of that experience.

We LOVE proof Cocktail syrup paired with Pikesville Rye. It is absolutely delicious, not heavy and artificial tasting like most cocktail mixers you can buy. That is the one and only reason that we have continued to use this product even though this company can’t seem to get it together on the shipping and order fulfillment side of things. SUPER slow shipping, poor communication. Amazing product.
