My experience was amazing. Single lady in her 60’s was very keen to have filtered tap water. I contacted Jimmy re my size tap fitting not being able to fit my tap. He sent a link through as to where I could get my size fitting. Once it arrived, I was able to attach it very easily and without any leaks. I’m only using it for food, preparation, drinking and kettle water. Thanks jimmy you were very helpful
