Working with Sugar Spring was wonderful. I had previously ordered a gift for my new granddaughter with the card. SUPPOSEDLY the plan was for me to be called one name but when she got to the age of speaking, she called me something else. I asked for the name on the card to be changed and the response was an immediate “no problem”. I received the replacement card quickly and now all is ready to be given to my granddaughter when she is a few years older. I would recommend Sugar Spring to everyone...

The only problem I had is the fact, that this company phone is either is not working or is taking off the hook. It was impossible to get in touch with anyone.
