My wife was having a rough day and we were scheduled to go out to dinner. I thought I would give this to her at dinner. Dinner got canceled so prior to her going to bed I placed the box on her pillow. When she opened it and read the card she was ecstatic. Kept reading the card and looking at the necklace. Needless to say she had a lot of nice things to say to me. What a fantastic gift.

Working with Sugar Spring was wonderful. I had previously ordered a gift for my new granddaughter with the card. SUPPOSEDLY the plan was for me to be called one name but when she got to the age of speaking, she called me something else. I asked for the name on the card to be changed and the response was an immediate “no problem”. I received the replacement card quickly and now all is ready to be given to my granddaughter when she is a few years older. I would recommend Sugar Spring to everyone...

The item you show is NOT what i ordered or received. The item was an acrylic plaque but shipped with no base. Ill summarize by saying your company reacted in a very professional way including prompt responses to several emails detailing the problem. First think I noticed when I got the product was the nice little card is not fixed to the underside of the lid. That would be nice if it was. I took some little glue dots on each of the backside corners and re-affixed. It is beautiful and a wonderful sentiment from a Dad to his little (18 year old) girl. Communicaiton emails a plenty! That was very nice. In today's "shipping" environment, every small business is unjustly compared to Amazon. This was very nice.

To be honest I ordered it as a gift on the 16th of December and I paid for gift wrapping which I did not get, it just came in the box in bubble wrap packaging and there wasn't even a receipt with it and I paid 15 extra for 2 day shipping and I didn't receive it until January 2nd. I haven't seen my daughter in 4 years, I live almost 400 miles away so now I won't get to see her face when she opens it or help her put it on. She's 9 year's old... This was supposed to be special 😕 😒
