All the items I received were beautiful, the one mahogany box had a flaw. As soon as I got in touch with them they quickly replaced the item. I highly recommend this company.

I gave this beautiful necklace to my granddaughter for her 8th grade graduation. Her eyes filled with tears as she read the beautiful meaning of this heart. She was sobbing and gave me the biggest hug. It was a special moment! The words on the card are truly exactly how I feel! She wore it to graduation the next day. Thank you for creating such a beautiful, meaningful heart necklace.

The item you show is NOT what i ordered or received. The item was an acrylic plaque but shipped with no base. Ill summarize by saying your company reacted in a very professional way including prompt responses to several emails detailing the problem. Overall i am gery happy with the transaction and i am sure my granddaughter will love it.

Beautiful necklace with a beautiful message. This is the second one I got. One for my daughter and one for my wife. They loved it. The shipping had some bumps that needed help with, but maybe they can fix that. Overall the customer service (Kimberly) was fantastic in helping me.

A bit smaller than I expected but very pretty. I like that there are 3 different rings to make the chain longer or shorter. Bought one for our daughter and granddaughter.

My. Wife loved the necklace but as you can see in the picture back in October I ordered a Necklace for our 50th wedding anniversary which she loved also. The problem I have is by mistake I ordered the same stone in both necklaces. Guess it's the thought that counts. Glenn

First think I noticed when I got the product was the nice little card is not fixed to the underside of the lid. That would be nice if it was. I took some little glue dots on each of the backside corners and re-affixed. It is beautiful and a wonderful sentiment from a Dad to his little (18 year old) girl. Communicaiton emails a plenty! That was very nice. In today's "shipping" environment, every small business is unjustly compared to Amazon. This was very nice.

To be honest I ordered it as a gift on the 16th of December and I paid for gift wrapping which I did not get, it just came in the box in bubble wrap packaging and there wasn't even a receipt with it and I paid 15 extra for 2 day shipping and I didn't receive it until January 2nd. I haven't seen my daughter in 4 years, I live almost 400 miles away so now I won't get to see her face when she opens it or help her put it on. She's 9 year's old... This was supposed to be special 😕 😒

I purchased this for my future wife. The quality was excellent, especially for the price. I'm a woodworker, so I built her a custom hand made box. I added a picture of her little dog and made her favorite flower and put it on the inside box. Needless to say she loved it and we were making our plans to get married this year. I got this necklace for my adult niece who was having a hard time with some stuff. She called me when she got it. She said she started tearing up when she read the first part and then started laughing when she read the second part! She loves the necklace and wears it everyday.

The ordering experience was very easy and we received our order so fast. They were exactly as described and look great. My only issue was my own fault as I ordered 2 of the same and should have personalized them better for each of our granddaughters.

Ordered a grandson chain for each of my grandsons graduating in May. Ordering was a breeze. Used a coupon code and immediately they deducted the coupon amount. A lot of companies send you coupon codes; but don’t honor them. This company definitely DID! Shipping was within less than a week. The personalization was correct. I love them and I know my grandsons will too!!!
