I originally ordered a gold by accident and had trouble putting the full personal message on I received the gold one that I didnt want I finally got ahold of someone and they replaced the gold for the white gold and put my full personal message at no additional charge!! This gift for my daughter in law is beautiful, but I did not have a chance to present it, because it did not come in a timely manner as promised. I had to send multiple messages with no reply, sometime just a generic message, that my email was received. It is impossible to call this company. Maybe because they were busy on holiday, the phone was off the hook at all times. I can not judge of the quality of any of the 4 gifts I order. Will see in the future how they hold on and how long they last...

This Item is beautiful and my granddaughter loved it. I did not receive it before Christmas, but was satisfied . The only problem I had is the fact, that this company phone is either is not working or is taking off the hook. It was impossible to get in touch with anyone. The only thing you can do is to send an email to get back a generic reply and pray , that someone will read your email to solve the problem.
