I absolutely love this pillow! I ordered the cooling pillow case that went with it and it came with it already on the pillow. But when I took the pillow case off to wash it I noticed the pillow its self had a hole in the outside stitch so I had to stitch it back up. But other than that I Love how cooling it is while I sleep! And the pillow is so comfortable! I never wake up with a stiff neck anymore!

Came with one of the jewels on the back pockets ripped off. A small detail, but for such a nice company I expected the details to be as shown. While this is fixable and doesn’t affect the functionality, it’s still disappointing. The fit and feel of the pants is perfect. 3 stars because when I reached out to customer service I never got any response.
