Vallejo Western Wear ReviewsSee store reviews

My husband loves this Guayabera shirt! He was looking for this brand as it is so well made and fits him well. He is 5’6, approximately 178 lbs and he bought the size 40. Photos of the shirt online represent the fit and quality very well and shipping was fast! Thank you!

great in store customer experience! i had it put on hold and i picked it up later that day so it was a very smooth process. they also answered all my questions regarding any hat care. and the hat itself is beautiful, so glad i added it to my collection.

Originally went to buy a Stetson Shasta Chocolate but they only had one left and was the display. It looked not so new. The sales persons were really great and they really took time to show me different hats at the end I chose a Stetson Patron Mocha had it formed the way I like it and I am totally happy. Thank You and I would definitely go back or recommend someone to visit Vallejo

I had an amazing experience! The customer service was top-notch, and the product exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service.

11/10 for the service, as soon as I walked in I was helped and the staff made sure I had the help I needed. I had went to Boot Barn right before this and I had a way better experience with you guys. Very knowledgeable staff and helped with recommendations.

For wearing boots for the first time after 15 or more years, I have to say, I was impressed. Boot is comfortable. My feet were not tired at all, the day of or the day after.

Great customer service. Staff is courteous and helpful. I’ve had several parties and if they didn’t have my size they would order it. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Best western wear in the valley. Thank you ☺️

Love these! Looked all over and could only find them through Vallejo. If you are half size you need to size up to a full size. I had order a 6.5 for my niece her heel was right at the end. Did have to pay to ship them back and get the replacement. But shipping was very fast

These classic style Ariat boots were awesome and fit really well for a guy with extra wide feet (5E). The square toe style looks great too. Even picked up some boot jeans to go with them.

I love how helpful staff was . I purchased this beautiful belt and I was unsure of the size and staff sized and cut to make sure it was a good fit.

Great belt , awesome customer service with elina she was amazing on fixing my belt to input new holes on my custom belt. She was outstanding with handling my new clothes with extreme care and folding precise ..

I wrote them an email about sizing, fast reply. Got my daughters boots within a week, they look great, smell great and are well made, cute girly style. My daughter is normally size 7, we sized down to 6, right choice.

It is labeled as a Women’s belt, but I could of swore I found it in the men’s section. Either way, the man I bought this belt for, loved it. Great quality, beautiful design.

I ordered 2 of these, one for my Dad and the other for my husband. Boots and belt fit perfect on the bottom with room to spare. It has an adjustable hat piece to hold it secure.

Employees were very nice. I suggest you buy boxes of disposable socks to try on boots. Had to go to a different store to grab some because my daughter wasn’t wearing any and had a hard time trying on boots. Also I grabbed a belt but it had wrong price tag on it and they did not honor price. Even though I was making a 300 dollar purchase of boots.

Loved the experience. Vallejo has a lot of variety of boots. They were very helpful with helping us find the right boot for us. Will definitely be going back. Highly recommend.

It's a beautiful shirt. Amazing customer service! The first shirt I received was too small for my son and the process to exchange it for a larger size was easy and quick. Will definitely be ordering again!

It was ok except for the young lady not paying attention distracted who asked my grandson for his sombrero, that he wore in the store thought he was trying to take, also the tall young kid with that walkie talkie, if you want to have a successful relationship and trustful one where customers want to come back and not think they are being watched you need to make a customer feel comfortable other than that you have high quality merchandise, thank you.
