Initially it was smooth but what I really didn't like was the delivery. It's not cheap and yet the FedEx guy wouldn't even bring it to my front door. I'm in a house, no steps or anything. He literally wanted me to lug 110kg down the street. I brought him a trolley as he didn't have one and he burst the tyres. He was very rude and told me I should make sure I have a strong man at home when accepting deliveries! Your website says they bring it to the door, well I had to fight for that.

Super delayed delivery. No updates or replies to almost all of my follow ups. The subscription code for “free lifetime $49 a month” was an already used code given to me twice and when I was given one that eventually worked - it is for the $14 a month plan and only for a year. I’m told it will be fixed in future but that’s asking trust when so far the process of the velonix hasn’t been so smooth.
