There was a minor mishap with delivery being delayed. Transit company thought this was going to a commercial site and asking if needed a lift gate. Transit site had delay listed as an address issue which was untrue.

Ordering was easy. The freight service could do with better updates as i wasn't sure exactly which day it was arriving. The day it said it was "Arriving" i didn't. But i assume that meant arriving at the courier and not my home. It was on the truck the next day and they rang to confirm i was home. A little stressful but not that bad. Unpacking was easy.

Great customer service.. they take a little to respond online sometimes but always do respond.

They managed expectations with the delay on getting the machine - they said it would start shipping in mid April, and it did ship a week after they starting shipping the new model. I was impatient for it, so glad I knew it would be a wait. Also the boxes were big and heavy so it was tricky for the delivery man to get it on the forklift and get it into our garage. Not sure what you can do about that though.

The customer service rep for Australia thay i got in touch with from the Brisbane home show felt disorganised and that I had to push to buy the product I wanted. It felt like a scam in the first place because I had to initiate each step. It would be better if the experience had been more straight forward and easier for the customer.

It took around 5-6 weeks to get the gym delivered which was very frustrating.

Easy With Great Service

There was confusion around when the gym was going to arrive. Ray from the customer service team was fantastic.

I used a sales man who dropped $100 of the price, as I was baulking at the price of delivery. Anyway I got sent an invoice and paid up. Updates came on dispatch…

Took my order but would never update me on progress. Shipment was way past delivery and it took me hounding to get an update. Terrible.

Purchasing was easy and straight forward - the delivery was confusing as TNT first day of delivery was not correct. But we got there !

The website and purchasing was fine, but the delivery service (from TNT) was poor. The delivery driver needed help getting the unit out of his truck. I’d expect more considering delivery was pricey.

I wish there were more updates on the purchasing side. Waiting for a $5000 piece of equipment to ship and arrive is a bit nervy, seeing as it is an online purchase.

Wrong information, slow delivery times, insufficient information online.
