This company is a joke you send me something that's all scratched up ask for pictures I email the pictures back and continue to email you and I never get a response!

Very slow customer service. Still won't refund after delivering a shoddy product a week late.

Predatory sales tactics and ripping people off for a fake coupon subscription that is not in your terms or at checkout. When I asked about the extra charge and how to get a refund or cancel it, I was ignored completely. So I will be telling everyone I know not to use your product. There are other companies who do the exact same thing.

I was charged twice then charged a $39 monthly fee. I still haven’t seen that return back on my credit card. I’ve spent numerous emails back-and-forth just to recoup $19 of the $70 that I had spent.

I paid for expedited shipping to get the product in time for Valentine's Day. It came late. 2 stars because I was refunded but otherwise completely useless that it came later than advertised.

i am not satisfies with the quality of the sign. the edges are not cut smooth to the point where it is visible. the printed star map is obvious that its printed, and the lights dont shine through well. also when i paid i declined the express shipping but was still charged for it. im also now being charged extra charges seporate from my order, and im getting no response from customer service!
