I was forced to contact customer service multiple times during the transaction because first there was a shipping error probably on my side, but after it was fixed a few days after contacting customer service the tracking just showed the label was canceled. Finally after contacting customer service again I got an up to date shipping label, but the package still took around 25 days to arrive, barely on time for Valentines day, luckily my plans got shifted to the evening.
