You promised the package to be delivered by Valentine’s Day and it wasn’t. It was delivered to a different location and I was charged twice. Once for the bigger package and once again for the smaller one. Shit job.

Not happy that the website showed clear difference between the colors

I reached customer support about the extra items automatically added to my order. They didn’t help with refund.

You guys are absolutely awful about fulfilling and order. It's been 2 weeks and the item hasn't even shipped yet...

Your customer service is terrible. I asked you to edit the order. You couldn't. I asked you to cancel the order. You wouldn't. I ordered 2 more for a total of 3 that also were wrong. There were no refunds because they were delivered successfully...but they were wrong. 2 of them arrived with the location showing Athens, GA which is somewhere I've never even been. What a joke.

Horrible site won't ever use it again

There are no working phone numbers to speak with customer service. My order arrived incorrect and I was not provided with a refund or a corrected order.

Company automatically signs you up for additional add ons costing you more money that is withdrawn without your knowledge.

The site was fairly easy to use. The profile page leaves you wanting a bit but overall good.

You snuck in a monthly subscription and charge me almost as much as what the picture cost me to begin with. You refuse to reimburse it when I told you I didn't want it. Never wanted it. So I kind of feel like I was screwed over by mapping the moments. I will never use you again and I will never recommend you for anybody.

The shopping experience was ok. The quality of the printed plate is poor. The printed sky image was faint and barely clear.

The product overall was fine, few scratches on the plastic

Wrong date

Item arrived somewhat chipped. I was also charged for some automatic subscription that I never signed up for.

Customer service seems good but however these are made they dont take pride either in making them or shipping them

Looks good and arrived in a timely fashion

Buy and set up was easy i just didn’t get the quality of product i thought i was buying.

I was added to a recurring monthly subscription I didn't want at checkout and then when I tried to reach out to the company to cancel and refunded i was ignored. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Be more clear with what your charging and adding to people's bills pretty shady honestly.

Order was not as advertised

The shopping experience was fast and easy to navigate, shipping was fast and the product was of wonderful quality and a great romantic gift for my wife and I to immortalize our first date. I would recommend!

Overall the product is perfect my wife loved the plaque and it now lives on her office desk.

The plaque wasn't at all what the advertisement made it look like AND you keep trying to charge my cc for things even though I haven't ordered anything else. Each attempt is a different amount. STOP IT!
