The idea is great, should have gotten a frame instead of the lighted wood block.

Very easy and smooth

Wont be ordering again from here as i was not only charged for the product which in my opinion is cheaply made and came chipped I was charged an extra 56 dollars for a subscription i did not ask for nor was told about. Number on website does not work either. I managed to get my money back for the extra charged but was 5 bucks short. I would not recommend this company.

The ordering process was underhanded and clunky. I paid extra for was implying expedited shipping. Before placing the order I was assured my order would arrive by Valentine's Day. When it finally shipped it was scheduled for delivery a week late. When I asked about it via email I was met with sheer disregard. After my package was returned to sender by the post office, because only a city made it on the shipping label. I still have no package and no refund... Left empty handed on V day

Paid for expedited printing and it did not make it go much faster and when the item arrived the print was not very clean with fog from the ink on the clear part of the acrylic.

Scammers. Terrible quality. Fraud second charge. And first to be honest.

I got confused with the order and they reached out to me immediately following an email I sent to clarify everything.

Terrible company and quality. I ordered during their window for delivery before Valentine’s Day and paid for extra shipping. It got here 4 days after Valentine’s Day and the quality is like they are using a home printer and some Elmer’s glue. Just do this yourself after going to Home Depot and printing it yourself. Will cost you less than $5 to make. They also double charged me and said I signed up for a coupon club, after they were supposed to refund me for shipping. Fraud of a company.

The absolute only reason I bought this was for a Valentines gift. It was promised that it would be delivered by 2/14 but it didn't arrive till long after Valentines Day. Total embarrassment.

Being charged for something I didn’t sign up for is absolutely disgusting. I will never do business with your company again

Map seemed cheap and low quality. It's a novel idea but no love In your product

Shopping was fine. Actual product was a letdown.

The actual map was nice but the plastic casing around it had a film on part of it & some scratches on the plastic which really show up when the light is on.

Asked for a refund and of the $51 cost $19.99 was refunded. $31 charge for garbage.

Not only did it come too late but my wife's gift came damaged as well. and I noticed there were a couple things that could have been altered to make the new one superior. Adding the lat/long , which i thought i did and the map option i chose did not look good. So I sent in photos of the damage and asked if those small changes could be made, my wife would love it so much more. And I was told no. For the markup amount y'all make you should be ashamed. Customer service sucks. I'll tell my people

Order showed up late even with paying for expedited delivery, look and feel was crap. There’s a tape mark and scuff on the actual piece and the wood block to stand it in barely holds it

Got charged with a fake subscription for $40 a month and staff did not help at all.

The ad is misleading, the item appears larger and more luminous.

The frame wasn't great, but would've been ok if they weren't trying to scam you with some BS subscription fee

Overall have not received package, hopefully a shipping issue that is fixed by the company
