When I requested a return based on this qualitand specification issue, customer service completely ignored their own official written policy—which states they cover return shipping for defective or misrepresented items. Instead, they repeatedly sent scripted responses trying to force me to pay for expensive international shipping and customs fees to Germany out of my own pocket just to get a refund. Dealing with their support team is a brick wall. I
