Return and refund time consuming and still waiting for refund. Several emails to return a pair of shoes. I've never experienced such an inefficient return process. Update your policy to say what you covering in the emails - be more transparent to customers that they will be offered a discount if they wish to return items (you may get more orders!) and that return address is Germany

The trainers are a good quality unusual design which I like they seem more exclusive which I also like in a trainer . Delivery was very reasonable aswel as the price - thank you

I ordered a UK size 4 pair of boots. They turned out to be too big, while the European size is 37. I wanted to return them for a refund. But the manager offered to send me a replacement of my choice. I found the only pair on the website that was a UK size 3.5. But when they arrived, they were exactly the same size as the previous ones, 37. Now I have two pairs of boots that are too big for me. I haven't received a refund. I wrote to the manager that the smallest size, 4, is too big for me.

No clear information about return process and cost that customer might face, which exceed half of the purchase

Don't stick to distance selling regulations and try to avoid items being returned for refund - against the law! Styles all fit differently so difficult to know which size to order! I don't want to keep shoes that don't fit me.... customer service is shambolic
