The artwork arrived with significant frame damage and was unusable. I was initially offered partial refunds (as low as 30%) or store credit and advised I would need to pay return shipping, despite the damage not being my fault. A full refund was only offered after I mentioned escalating the matter to the relevant authority.
Communication was polite throughout, but I would recommend other buyers be aware of their consumer rights, as the outcome may have been different had I accepted 30%.
