I received a blurry portrait despite paying a premium price. I followed their 30-day policy and contacted customer service. Their only solution was to send a replacement. I declined, as too much time had passed and I was extremely disappointed that the company had sent such a poor-quality product in the first place.
I no longer needed the replacement.They have ignored my emails and calls.Refusing to refund or acknowlege my emails. Stay away from this company.Don't do it.
