Crappy customer service

Took a long time to get and I’m not even using it because it doesn’t fit. The xs is too big

Worst follow through ever, still have not replaced missys harness or the name tag replacement for teddys that is fraying.

It was easy and when I ask about how long it would take to get there I got a answer very quickly

I did like the product

Delivery of the pink harness took way too long

Waited nearly 3 weeks to get this product that I paid around $60 for. It is thin and rough and looks like it cost $5 to make. My dog has never pulled harder than he did in this harness.

Took over 2 weeks to get to me. The front hook only velcro in so when they do pull it does no stay in place and the fit of harness looks all messed up
