Pawley is scammy, lure you in with a deal then switch you under a time limit to what they make you feel is a necessary upgrade, but in the end the upgraded product is cheap quality, poorly constructed, and overpriced

The refund practice is nonexistent if you don’t like the product

Instruction for the no pull harness would have been nice in the beginning. Works great now!

Ordered a x-large that is too big should have got a large. Made adjustments to make it work but a large would have fit better

Very poor quality if I had purchased this on Amazon I would have gotten a refund. All you offered is 10% off which is not worth my effort to return it

The website's description of its upgraded harness is misleading; after receiving their upgraded version, it doesn't visually match what they have on their website. The upgraded harness on the site has wider strapping and has a vertical strap going down the chest. The company states that I did indeed receive their upgraded harness even though the one I had received matches their standard harness picture. With that said, I am happy with the harness, but would NOT have spend the extra $40.
