Extremely Disappointed - Item Never Arrived and Terrible Customer Service
I ordered an item from this company over a month ago, and it never arrived. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I received no helpful responses. Each time, I was either ignored or given vague excuses.
This has been an incredibly frustrating, and their lack of professionalism and accountability. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.
