As I mentioned in the previous comment, my planner was not shipped in the promised 7-10 business days from order (or whatever it is), and I had to reach out to support to get things moving. Even then, a shipping label was created only, and the product didn't reach USPS until a week later.

I would be a little more up front about the shipping expectations, especially at the end of year when you are swamped with orders. The website said 7 to 10 business days so I thought I would get my order sooner than I did. That said once shipped it arrived quickly and was well packed so there was no damage while in transit.
