They took a whole month to ship it. Way too long.

Forgot about my order. 1 month late even tho it’s supposed to be shipped by 5-7 business days.

I initially wanted to give this planner/company a 5 star review, but due to the delay in shipping and lack of communication that changed my rating. The planner itself is great. The only dislike I have is that there are no monthly tabs. Other than that I love it. I just wished the communication regarding the shipping would have been more proactive on the company’s side. Paying $80+ for a planner and not being able to fully use it due to shipping delays is a waste on money.

Shopping for my planner was easy and simple. Each product had good descriptions and images. Customer service was also excellent and the team was easy to communicate with if I had any questions!

This has been a horrible process. I made the purchase with their instruction in mind (shipping/ processing time) planning to start in September. Not only did they disregard their own timelines, but they also disregarded my emails and my several attempts to cancel my order (which was in my ability based on the item not shipping past their timeline). Fast forward to getting the item (about a month after ordering). I hate the planner. It’s just bulky and awful. I would strongly recommend going with another brand/ company.

Always a seamless process

I already shared it. My item waa stuck in processing. I reached out after the shipping time frame elapsed stating I would prefer the item over a refund, provided it began the next calendar month. It was not refunded and the item received did not honor the request for the inconvenience.

Shopping on the site is always a great experience. It's easy to navigate, and the products are consistently high quality when they arrive. My only feedback would be around the shipping time. I understand that items are made to order, but in today’s fast-paced world, many customers have come to expect quicker delivery. I’d love to see improvements in production and shipping speed if possible. It would make an already great experience even better!
