Awful customer service - I placed an order 9/23- received the order in a few days. The jumpsuit was way too long so i sized down and did an exchange. I dropped the exchange off on 9/30 . A week went by I received no update from naked wardrobe. I checked the tracking number and they received it 10/7. I emailed and asked for an update on my exchange and no reply after a week. I have called and their line is always busy. It is now 10/17 and I still don’t have any update, a refund or my exchange item that I don’t even want any more and will be returning if and when I ever receive it.
