received my package 8 days after ordering, no problem. I emailed and called them day of receiving my order to return an item of poor quality for $250+, called and emailed again after no response again, here we are 3 weeks later and you ask for a review lesson learned. Don’t buy from shady instagram stores and don’t ask for a review if you’re not ready to address the BBB claim or CFPB. Clearly not a reputable company that values customer service satisfaction.

I used the size guide and everything to ensure I appropriately selected my size. I feel I was mislead for the company to offload poorly made merchandise.
