It's good but tracking could be better, I had 5 kits sent in two different orders, sent by different carriers. One was great to trace the other was terrible.

Good communication throughout. Took a little while to arrive as it came from China, not Europe as I expected, but I was kept up-to-date the whole time.

Ive had really good experiences with this company up until my last order. It was missing pieces and it's been over a month and none of my attempts to contact them have been answered.

I love the web site and the videos helping to chose the product but I hated the time not being what was promised and it has cost me a great inconvenience. If I had known it was coming from China I would have never ordered for Christmas. I would have ordered one from Amazon. I'm assuming they have them in stock.

The goods came broken and of poor quality, the money is not returned

Shopping was easy, well checkout and paying was easy deciding what to buy was sooooo hard because of all the wonderful items available. Also there was a delay with freight, which was understandably completely out of the company's hands however they did give us a small gift in compensation which I thought was fantastic because like I said the delay was not their fault. Would shop there again.

Reliable

Took quite a while to arrive and shipping information was hard to locate and was inaccurate at times.

Pretty good shipping, only issue was that I received the notification that my order left the warehouse when it was already in my mailbox. So only a little bit of miscommunication.

Only 4 cause I didn't have an exact date for when I would be getting it ,no approximation but understandable since I had it delivered to another continent,and it arrived in an intact state

Shopping is fine sime of the instructions and quality of puzzles is ordinary

Lots of Puzzles but the only down side is the time it takes to arrive and the instructions are only in Chinese!
