Hello, I am a bit disappointed in the customer service. I placed an order (#24011), but I discovered that my wife also wanted the other marble run. I sent an email asking to cancel the first order, so I could place an order for all three at once. I was told not to worry and order the third and you would credit me accordingly. I ordered the second marble run (3 kits total) #24119. As yet there has been no adjustment. I regret not canceling and starting over, I have the email thread if needed
