Selecting an ordering was fine but delivery took way too long. I also purchased the insurance for $199 and I want to know if I lose the time that I was waiting for the delivery with the insurance.

Very long wait on product, long postage with poor updates on postage. No phone number to call for information

Very slow postage and remote didn’t come with lanyard, very sneaky to make it an extra purchase.

Superb customer service

Disappointed the lanyard is an extra. Had to order separately, which I'm STILL waiting for. As well as the new case to fit it all in.

Easy to deal with, despite shipping taking longer then what was originally said but then again it is that time of year where everything is a little crazy so all in all very happy

Ordered Aeroo drone through Facebook with absolutely no problems at all. Kept me updated from purchase to delivery. Thank you Aeroo Drones, can't wait to catch some delicious fish.

Took over a month to recieve

Super simple and straightforward

Drone turned up quickly and on time with plenty of notification so as not to miss it even without confirmation email upon purchase

All good, slight delay on drone delivery ( was waiting on parts ),however was nice to receive a few "freebies" for the mild inconvenience.

Difficult to know what items came with the two options, a picture was my only guide.

Arrived in good condition, postman left it on the front door tho. Lucky it didn’t go missing

Reasonable prices for the Aeroo.

Every step was easy and no surprises along the way. Because of the demand the delivery times were a tad long but they cannot supply what they dont have. And I would rather deal with a company that is cautious with stock than one that overstocks and has to flog off excess constantly.

Why wasn't I given the option to buy the Aeroo combo with the smart controller, which was available a week after I received the combo with the less user-friendly controller? I could have saved $300.
