The drone itself is perfect, and I highly recommend it. My issue is with the customer service team. I asked to cancel my order because they couldn’t deliver it within the agreed time frame. They insisted they could deliver it early, but they didn’t. I ended up cancelling my holiday just to wait for the drone, wasting my annual leave so it wouldn’t sit on my porch for a week. Now I’m really disappointed — they’ve released a new controller that’s much more convenient and sold in a combo for $1,8
