Even though there was an unfortunate delay the Aeroo customer service really set the standard by making up for this and owning it, nothing g like decent customer service complimented by an awesome product, thank you so much I love this drone!

I was patient for the delivery, but I was expecting to get it a little bit earlier because I was going to South Australia and I had to go without my drone which is very upsetting

Exactly as expected, from watching the videos online, what I received is a quality drone and I’m happy with it

Delayed shipping dates published at time of placing order and product arrived with a couple of days of what they said.

My new samsung A56 wouldnt connect due to there being issues on Aeroos side, I didnt get to use it before the new controller came out, I asked for a discount on the new controller which they did and was greatly appreciated. It was time consuming going back and forth via emails with no support line but Aeroo were great. It was a bit of a bugger but they are a small Aussie team inundated with orders so I cant complain too much.

Great support. Great drone. Received and up and flying same day and fishing the next.

Product alright communication poor

I received an email stating the drone shipping order had been started after that no change until i made multiple enquiries, I was then critisied for making more than 1 enquiry.

Not a good experience

Ordered got confirmation and yes was explained there will be a small waiting time but keep in the loop the hole time great product great service and great customer support can’t fault anything definitely recommend this product and company
