The massage heads do not fit the neck, so the massage is very painful. I even have a blister behind my right ear

The top part of this massager doesn’t reach the area where my neck pain actually is. The lower part presses way too hard, and sometimes it even makes my neck stiff. After using it last night, my neck felt like it got twisted and has been sore ever since.

It’s still early yet, but although it does provide what it feels like is goodly drainage and neck massage it’s clumsy to use, it was later than expected with the shipping date, and it appears to have a delay in its connection with the on off and mode buttons

My general experience was not good. The padding and textile around the massage areas are unfortunately of very poor quality. The material feels rough and irritating against the skin, and in my case it actually caused skin wounds. I had high hopes for this product, but the cheap and uncomfortable texture completely undermines what could have been a good experience. At this price point, I expected significantly better quality. Ultimately, it not only fails to deliver on its intended purpose, but also causes discomfort and irritation, which is very disappointing.

The product itself was not a good fit for me. It was uncomfortable and painful to use. I was happy to pay the $15 to ship it back, but the item came with no external box (to ship it back in) and no packing slip. You have to reach out to customer service for a return label. Customer service wrote me back with a few "tips" to make the item work and asked me to try the item for another three days and then we could look at "next steps" if I still didn't' like it. I already knew it was not the right product for me. I wrote back immediately, sent an additional message through their website, sent a text, and then sent a third follow up email - nothing. It turns out the 30-day money back guarantee is a false claim. You have 6 days to return the item before getting a 25% restocking fee, plus other fees if they feel the item isn't in perfect condition. And then the restocking fee goes up to 50% after week two, and more after that. If they drag out giving you a shipping label until day 6, it forces you into a restocking fee. Do not buy this product. They make it nearly impossible, if not impossible, to get a full refund!!!
