First my shipment had no tracking updates. Once I contacted the company and requested a refund they promised a reply within 48 hours so they could do research on why the tracking was not updated. Then instead of contacting me or giving me a refund, they just reshipped it... TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. An address I have never lived at that is in another state. After over a month and threatening legal action, I finally got my refund I requested. I do not suggest doing business with this company.
