So far I have had good results with the customer service, my first order somehow was not delivered and was returned to sender without just cause…the customer service team had a new massager shipped right away and I received it promptly! Unfortunately, it was a gift for my wife and she cannot use it as her neck it too small and it doesn’t fit well, I have also tried to use it but it is too intense and has cause some slight bruising on my neck and upper back.
