Still waiting for my refund. The return process is a nightmare.

Good experience. Highly recommend.

I was a bit skeptical-- like, would it arrive? would it work? Am I a fool? It did arrive, fairly quickly and with great packaging that kept it damage free. It works SO well, and not just on necks. Try it on stiff legs, calves, hips. I was a fool to put with computer neck all this time. Get one.

I would like to return it and have not seen anywhere that allows me too.

I’ve been dealing with shoulder and neck pain for a while. I usually go to a massage therapist for relief, but it’s too expensive to go regularly. When the pain gets really bad, I try to massage the area myself, but it’s tiring and not very effective. One day, I happened to see an advertisement for Hizoo and decided to give it a try. It really helped relieve my shoulder and neck tension, pressing exactly on the right spots. I definitely think it’s worth recommending.

Seller was swift to send out the unit. It came super fast and unlike other times I did not have to pay taxes or duties on it which was really a bonus. It arrived well packaged and with a carrying fabric bag in which to store it when not in use. I wish the massaging "hands" were a little wider apart. It seems the massager is made for thinner necks. Charging the first time took about 7 hours. It should be added to the instructions as I think it is what customers first search and expect to locate before using the unit the first time. Otherwise you are at the mercy of the red light. The actual massage programme is very strong. When used on the lower modes its waves are calming. The higher modes are too strong for me. The neck should be placed properly as the hands may pinch the skin which I unfortunately experienced. I have used the unit only three times so far, as my neck was pinched and need it to heal to see if there is a more comfortable way to use it. I gave it 5 stars. I will review again after more use.

I'm disappointed and thought I would love this product based on the other reviews. It makes me feel like other reviews are fake.

We didn’t receive the charger, nor the manual. We just received the pillow in fabric bag. It is all it was in the box.

I initially ordered a Hizoo from Aura Brand USA <[email protected]> and it never arrived, even though I was immediately charged the $169.99 price. I sent 2 e-mail asking for order status and never got an answer. I had to dispute the charge on my CC to get it refunded. I then reordered it from Hizoo, this time paying $199.99 and the massager was delivered promptly.

I thought it was American made but the shipping came from China. I really thought it was a scam. Thank God it actually came. The box was crumpled too.
