Instructions were minimal.

Relieves most of my issues, the massage tips are rubbing raw spots on my neck.

I cant use the product

It was terrible. The device is super painful and not adjustable. The buttons don’t work properly- you have to push them multiple times before they work. The pressure was so strong that I got a rug burn and rash from the fabric rubbing my skin. I was in agony for days after one five minute use. It took Jonathan over two weeks to approve my return request- and actually he didn’t even complete it, someone else eventually helped me becuz he kept not responding $ even sent me emails intended 4 others

It is not working as advertised. I have used it everyday for a week and still see no difference in face. You advertise that we will see results in our face after one week of use, but that's not true. The water that my face has been holding is still there. There is no difference in my jawline.

Product didn't work as advertised

Amazing

Works great but the rubbing was burning me.

I asked for a return shipping label and got a message of excuses about how I was wrong for questioning the tiny size of the device.

Wasn’t delivered when said it was, so had to go to trouble of you sending a replacement. It then arrived later, so I now have to send replacement back. I have not received a prepaid mailing numbervyet

It took awhile for the package to arrive.

The product pulls your skin at the lowest setting and has drawn blood.

Easy purchase

The company used to track shipping was awful. It presented the "choose the matching photo" to confirm I wasn't a bot, but none of the photos matched. I tried maybe 20 times... So I was never able to track my order which was frustrating.

I’ve sent more than one email asking to return the two I purchased and have been giving the run around. It’s simple, I don’t like your product, what is the return process? I’ll be calling the better business bureau to file a complaint if this isn’t resolved.

Refund process is drawn out, you take peoples money instantly. Returning it is anothe whole thing. sad customer service.

Shopping is fine, customer service with getting a refund has been awful. The refund policy states it will be hassle free- it has been a nightmare

I’m very disappointed with this product. The neck massager does not fit properly at all—it feels too large and doesn’t adjust well to the neck, so it fails to provide an effective massage. Because of this poor fit, it’s basically useless. Additionally, there is no clear or easy return process, which makes the experience even more frustrating. I would not recommend this product.
