I received my order on the 11 of December however the wedge was missing so I emailed the seller immediately. They responded the following day late in the evening advising that they notified the warehouse and the tracking should be sent via email within the next few days. After a week, I had not received any tracking as promised so sent an email to the seller on the 19 of December letting them know and asked for a refund if they could not fulfill my order. I received a response 2 days later advising me that it was shipped and a tracking number but no apology, explaination or ETA
It’s terrible service and I would not recommend this company to anyone
