Horrible! I didn’t receive my item and I’ve tried to contact the company 3 times with no response and NO REFUND!!!!

Horrible it’s a scam!!

The tracking is the only thing that let you down, twice it was marked as either being cancelled or returned, then nothing for days and then it’s on its way.

Shipping is way too long, it’s been 3+ weeks and I’m still waiting. It’s not a good user experience. Either this is a once off or you need to change couriers.

I haven’t received this product yet, and there have been no responses to my requests for information about its whereabouts. At this point I’m fairly confident this is a scam. I would love to know where the product is, or receive a refund.
