I purchased a single tube of Liv Fresh toothpaste expecting it to be a one-time purchase. Instead, I was enrolled in a monthly subscription without my clear knowledge or consent. To make matters worse, canceling the subscription has been frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. The toothpaste itself may be fine, but the billing and subscription practices completely overshadow the product. Customers should never have to fight to stop recurring charges they didn't knowingly agree to a sub.
