I like the product so I had ordered 3 more for family members to try. The first one I opened had the consistency of water. It poured from the tube as soon as you tipped the tube without even squeezing. We tried to shake the tube thinking it had settled in shipping. Nope, it was still just liquid. The second tube appeared to be normal. I have not opened the 3rd tube yet because I didn’t want to open the seal until we needed it. I hope it is okay as this product is not cheap.
