I had hoped the presa pan produced thin tortillas. Hopefully it is revamped and it does just that. I would also appreciate better packaging as my presa pan arrived damaged. Customer service was meh. They ignored my request for a refund, twice, and offered a replacement instead, which has yet to be shipped out. Shipping could be a lot faster too.

I love it

It is as advertised, very well made of heavy materials. Impressive design. I was initially skeptical of something advertised on Facebook, but was relieved when it was delivered. It really is well crafted and I can see it lasting for years.

The website says it works on ANY stove (which includes induction) but it DOES NOT work on induction.
