Worst charity ever, no communication , got the order wrong and stopped communicating but take money for it. No response at all from them and I have been trying for 2 months, the sadqa was for my mum and they didn’t do it. They should be ashamed .

A few months ago, I made a purchase of €400. This was supposed to result in the donation of two water tanks. I was supposed to receive certificates and other documentation for this. I never received anything — neither information nor a certificate. Because of this, I feel like I may have been scammed, unless I still receive proof of this.
