Communication has a lot to be improved but given it's a smaller charity providing a direct service with evidence in a war torn area that's a very rough climate to get things in for - they are doing god's work and we are just funding them. Keep it up and keep sharing videos and photo evidence to inspire others to donate too! It can take longer than 10working days but to be expected given the situation in Palestine.
