Not as described I bought both colors

I purchased a Small & Extra small, knowing that I would be returning one, not knowing your sizing. The Small is a closer ft, however, too big in upper thigh area. Attempted to contact you, to return - no packaging slip, no invoice. NO way to contact your company. I am not happy, bc I would like a refund bc of the above stated. Unfortunately, woud not be able to recommend your company.

The website was difficult to navigate. The advertisements on social media made these look amazing. They are not by a long shot. I kept thinking there were more styles but apparently only three which I selected two to get a better deal thinking I would like this look. I do not

Took a while to receive order, and the pants are way too short

Poor quality items. Terrible customer service/support.

The customer service refused to allow me to return the jeans as what I received was not what was pictured in the ad. They are poor quality and not something I want to wear. They are unused and have tags attached, but not returnable.

Shipping was too slow and no shipping updates. Did not have time to return it, so I just threw it away

Took way too long for shipping poor communication with shipping progress.

If I had known the products were being shipped from China, I would not have placed the order. This information should have been clearly disclosed before purchase.

As I said in my previous review, I've had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. No response from Customer Support, and clearly no integrity in honoring the refund / exchange policy. There is no way to reach anyone to get help, and no response back from my inquiries to exchange my pants for a larger size. Very poor business ethics.

i've been emailing you guys over and over trying to get someone to send me a packing slip for both pair of Leather jeans they don't fit. I need a large or I need a packing slip to send them back and get a full refund. I've been emailing you guys for about three weeks.
