If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. My order took an unusually long time to process and ship, resulting in an extremely delayed delivery. When the items finally arrived, they were far too small despite ordering according to the size chart.
I emailed customer service multiple times starting the day the package arrived to request a return—especially since the website clearly states a 14‑day free return guarantee—but I never received a single response.
I also placed a second order a few days later, which still has not arrived. I have repeatedly emailed asking for that order to be canceled, and again, no response.
At this point, the customer service feels nonexistent, and the “guarantee” does not appear to be honored. Very disappointing experience.
